Cancellations and Returns
What if I wish to cancel my order?
If you have placed an order and wish to cancel please email email@example.com or ring us on 01229 464225.
Cancelling will depend on the status of the order and if the manufacturing has started. Cancelling an order may result in losing your deposit.
The cancelling of an order after delivery will result in a 20% restocking fee and delivery charge for collection. This must be returned within a week of delivery.
If there is any damage or issues with furniture please let us know as soon as possible and send over pictures to our email firstname.lastname@example.org and they will be dealt with.
Due to hygiene reasons, any unpackaged mattresses, pillows and mattress toppers will be classed as used items and therefore cannot be returned. Partially assembled flat pack goods will also be classed as used and therefore cannot be returned.
Please note- if you change your mind and wish to return an upholstery item a re stocking fee of up to 20% will be charged.
What if the goods are faulty?
If your furniture did happen to be damaged or faulty please contact us and email over images and we will resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Our Sofas all have a 12 month warranty from the date of delivery. The guarantee does not cover reasonable wear and tear. If you do come across any issues usually the manufacturer will send out a technician to inspect. If it comes back and there is no issue you will be charged the £80 call out fee. Any items bought off our shop floor/ sale room will not come with a warranty.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will try to resolve any issues that you have as quickly as possible.
