Our relief as planning permission is finally granted for Charnley’s extension

It was revealed yesterday at a public planning meeting that we have finally been granted planning permission for our extension, after more than two years of living under the threat of demolition. In 2016, we extended our garden centre to bring it up to date and make it an attractive destination to help draw new visitors to Dalton-in-Furness. We purchased some of the oak furniture from Crooklands Garden Centre which was delivered today. The staff at the garden centre were very helpful both when we went in to look (being very patient and looking things up for us even though it was nearly closing time), and when they delivered the furniture, even unpacking it and taking away the boxes. £1million transformation for Dalton garden centre

A FURNESS garden centre is set to reveal a huge £1million transformation next month. Crooklands of Dalton will launch its brand new home and garden destination on October 8 with a celebratory public event.
